EOC Warranty

**Warranty Coverage**

E.O.C sunglasses and eyeglasses are guaranteed by E.O.C North America for a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date against any defects in materials or craftsmanship.

**Repair or Replacement**

With a valid proof of purchase, E.O.C North America will either repair or replace, at our discretion, any defective sunglasses or eyeglasses within the warranty period.

**Validity**

This warranty is valid only for purchases made in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean from authorized E.O.C dealers, and proof of purchase is mandatory. Items bought online from unauthorized dealers or auction sites (such as eBay) are not covered by this warranty. Only genuine E.O.C products are eligible for warranty coverage.

**Exclusions**

This warranty does not cover any defects or damage resulting from improper or unreasonable use of the products. 

**Implied Warranties**

All implied warranties by law are also limited to two (2) years from the purchase date. Some states do not permit limitations on the duration of an implied warranty or the exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

**Legal Rights**

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
